All orders are processed within 5 business days after payment and final design approval. Processing times may vary depending on the complexity of the order, required materials, and our current workload.
Please provide your needed-by date at the time of ordering.
Rush orders may be available for an additional fee and must be approved in advance.

2. Production Time

Custom items are produced within 1–2 business weeks following the processing period.
Any delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated to you promptly.

3. Shipping

Orders are shipped with an estimated delivery timeframe of 2–5 business days, depending on the destination.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external circumstances beyond our control.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

Once production has started, no changes or cancellations can be made.
Please review all order details carefully before confirming your purchase.

5. Custom Orders & Special Requests

Larger or highly detailed custom orders may require extended processing or production time.
All special requests must be discussed and confirmed prior to placing your order.
